Hi everyone, just an update on the Baby Witch I am doing for my Niece. I have started to dress her.
Most of her dress is made from Ribbon.
I have use Black Felt for her Hat, witch come with the Silver glitter on it. And some Ribbon. I put Carboard inside the hat to make it stiff and then I used Silver Glitter Nail Polish around the edge to seal it.
