Slide Show

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me how to make a slide show on this blob. If I want to download pictures from my computer and make it into a slide show. It askes me to put in a URL but I dont know what to put in.  Or should I create a slideshow on my computer and add it to the blog. Sorry, I am new at all of this. xxx
